I'm posting a new trick it s working for me:

Make setngs as below:-
 

apn- airtelgprs.com
 

proxy= 74.223.216.77
 

port= 80
 

now open ur default browser and Enter:

10.5.0.83/track.pl/0/http/www.google.co.in

 
u can use other free sites (provided by airtel) in place of '10.5.0.83' & othr url in place of 'www.google.co.in'
